Aeonic Ltd is the controller of personal data described in this policy. Amenn is our brand. We are not a separate legal entity from Aeonic Ltd.
2. What this policy covers
- Visiting amenn.com and our landing pages
- Cookies, tags, pixels, and similar technologies
- Contact and lead forms (including Formspree)
- Your rights and how to contact us
It does not cover client campaign work we do for brands on third-party platforms under a separate contract. Those engagements have their own terms.

When you use a form (homepage, /reddit, or similar), we may collect:
- Name
- Work email
- Company or brand name
- Message text
- Hidden campaign fields we set (for example
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,form_id,page_variant)
We use this to reply to you and, if relevant, to follow up about Amenn services.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our servers and tools may receive:
- IP address
- Browser and device type
- Pages viewed, referrer, and approximate time
- Cookie and similar identifiers (only for non-essential uses after you consent; see below)
We do not put your email or other form fields into the analytics data layer.
4. Why we use data (purposes and legal bases)
| Purpose | Examples | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Run the site | Load pages, security, basic logs | Necessary to provide the service you asked for; Israeli law consent / contract where it fits |

6. Consent path (banner and Consent Mode)
On your first visit (and again when we need a fresh choice), we show a cookie banner.
First layer
- Short plain text about essential vs optional cookies
- Accept and Reject buttons with equal weight
- Links to Cookie settings and this Privacy policy
- Closing the banner is not consent
- No pre-ticked boxes
Cookie settings (second layer)
- Essential: always on (needed for the site to work)
- Analytics: off by default (Google Analytics)
- Marketing: off by default (Google Ads, LinkedIn; Meta and Reddit when enabled)
- Save choices / Accept all / Reject all
Technical behaviour
- Non-essential tags stay blocked until you consent to that category
- For Google tags we use Google Consent Mode v2
- Defaults before your choice: denied for
ad_storage,analytics_storage,ad_user_data, andad_personalization - After you choose, we update those signals to match Accept / Reject / category settings
You can open Cookie settings again at any time from the site footer. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.
7. Cookie table

We may also use local storage or similar for the same purposes listed above. The same consent rules apply.
8. Consent records
To show we asked and what you chose, we keep a consent record.
What we store
- Your choice per category (Essential / Analytics / Marketing), or Accept all / Reject all
- Timestamp
- Banner and privacy policy version IDs
- A pseudonymous consent ID (not your name)
Where
- A first-party cookie on amenn.com
- A consent log in our own site systems (a log entry for each choice, and anonymous daily accept and reject counts; no IP address and no email)
How long
- We keep your choice for 6 months (180 days), then ask again.
- We may keep proof of consent longer if the law requires it for a dispute or audit
We use these records only to run the banner, honour your choice, and demonstrate compliance.
9. How to change or withdraw consent (opt-out)
- Use Cookie settings in the amenn.com footer (opens the settings layer again).
- Vendor tools:
- Google Ad Settings: https://adssettings.google.com/
- LinkedIn ad preferences: https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/categories/ads
- Meta ad preferences: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences
- Reddit: advertising / privacy controls in your Reddit account
- Browser controls: block or delete cookies in your browser settings. That may affect how the site works.
- Email us at ori@aeonic.xyz to withdraw consent or ask us to delete form data we hold.
Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew.
10. Forms and Formspree
Forms on amenn.com post to Formspree. Formspree receives the fields you submit and delivers them to us (typically by email and their dashboard).
We use form data to reply to your request, understand which campaign or page you came from (UTM and form_id fields), and keep a basic record of the enquiry.
We do not sell form leads. We do not add your email to a marketing list unless you clearly ask for that, or we have another lawful basis we tell you about first.
11. International transfers
Some vendors (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Formspree, and our host) may process data outside Israel, including in the United States or the EU.
Where required, we rely on:
- Appropriate safeguards offered by the vendor (for example Standard Contractual Clauses)
- The EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the vendor is certified under it
- Your consent, where that is the correct basis for the transfer linked to analytics or ads cookies
12. How long we keep data
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Form submissions | 24 months after last contact, or sooner if you ask us to delete |
| Server / host logs | Short term, as set by our host Vercel (typically one day or less) |
| Consent choice cookie / log | See section 8 |
| Analytics and ads identifiers | Controlled by the vendor and your consent; stop when you Reject or when the cookie expires |
13. Your rights
Under Israeli privacy law (and GDPR where it applies to you), you may have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete data (subject to legal limits)
- Object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent for cookies or other consent-based processing
- Restrict processing or ask for portability (mainly where GDPR applies)
To use these rights, email ori@aeonic.xyz. We may need to verify who you are before we act.
If you are in the EU / EEA, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. In Israel you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority (רשות להגנת הפרטיות).
14. Children
amenn.com is a B2B site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes
We may update this policy. The Last updated date at the top will change. If we make material changes to cookies or partners, we will ask for a new consent choice where the law requires it.
